Current Position:

Field Superintendent – 1991 to present

Responsibilities:

On daily basis, oversees and supervises the activities of the construction crew. This includes training and assisting new workers, as well as training established workers in new procedures.

Skills:

Experience and expertise in the construction of large and small Monolithic Domes, designed as homes, churches, schools, etc. in the United States and in other countries.

Past Activities/Responsibilities:

Employed with Monolithic Constructors, Inc. in dome construction since 1988.

Assisted in the development of equipment and techniques to improve the quality and proficiency of the dome. These include the Monolithic Shotcrete Pump, Door & Window Augments and the Monolithic Paxis Scaffold.
