Torus: 66' Outside Diameter, 2,355 SF, Five-Bedroom, Two and a Half-Bath, Floor Plan with Courtyard.

How much fun is this house? The highlight is the 1000 SF central courtyard. The primary bedroom has an ensuite bath, a garden tub, and a large closet. There are five bedrooms in all and two and a half baths. The big kitchen with a pantry, a breakfast bar and an island opens out to the courtyard. This home also has a family room, dining room, living room and laundry.

This home is similar to our other five-bedroom Torus floor plan, with a few small changes. The bedrooms have bigger closets, and there are two Jack-and-Jill bathrooms instead of one guest bath and one powder room.

Orion: Main Floor of a 46' Diameter, 2,512 SF, Five-Bedroom, Three-Bath Floor Plan.

The large foyer of this house could support an entryway closet or double hall trees. The floor plan is creative but efficiently designed. Specifically, two full-sized bathrooms and laundry rooms are found, one on top of the other, in the center of the house. The primary bedroom has privacy on its side of the house.

Europa: Four 32' Diameter Domes, 2664 SF, Five-Bedroom, Four-Bath Floor Plan.

This home is designed for a big family who believes in spending time together in common areas rather than everyone hanging out in their bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms might be a little small, but there is ample space for study or craft areas and a huge great room where the whole family can find space to spread out. In some ways, this is an old-fashioned plan. However, the separate kitchen is making a comeback.

Europa: Four Interconnected 32' Diameter Domes, 2,664 SF, Six-Bedrooms, Three-Bath Floor Plan.

This is a smart design for a big family. Everyone will have their privacy in six bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The big laundry and small office space will help keep things sane around the house. The best part is the emphasis on common spaces for the family to gather.
