Oberon: 32' Diameter, 804 SF, Three-Bedroom, Two-Bath Floor Plan.

You can’t beat this economical house when considering privacy for a family with two kids. The primary bedroom includes an ensuite bath and a large closet. There’s room for both kids to have their own bedrooms. Some people have installed loft beds in small rooms like these allowing for closets and cupboards to be built underneath. The cozy eat-in kitchen is a nice touch.

Oberon: 32' Diameter, 804 SF, Three-Bedroom, Two-Bath Floor Plan.

Loft beds in the two small guest bedrooms could have desks, closet rails and cupboards built underneath. The extra storage closet next to the front door will come in handy. Some homeowners might forgo the dining table and take their meals at the counter in favor of more space in the family room. Note the full-sized laundry setup and linen closet.

Oberon: 32' Diameter, 804 SF, Three-Bedroom, Two-Bath Floor Plan.

All three bedrooms in this little house have enough room for desks and closets! The stackable washer/dryer is smart. The kitchen counter and cupboard space could be doubled by rotating the fridge and putting it next to the dome wall.

Oberon: 32' Diameter, 804 SF, Three-Bedroom, Two-Bath Floor Plan.

The three bedrooms in this economical design don’t have big closets, but space is carved out for a study. Some people might use that room to store clothes and toys. Alternatively, loft beds could be installed in the two guest bedrooms, allowing for clothes and toys to be stored underneath. The galley kitchen with room for a stackable washer/dryer has all the essentials covered.

Luna: 34' Diameter, 907 SF, Three-Bedroom, Two-Bath Floor Plan.

This little house is big enough to give its occupants some breathing room. The three bedrooms have nice closets, and the great room has enough space to spread out. Counter space could be improved by extending the island to the dome wall.

Ariel: 36' Diameter, 1,017 SF, Three-Bedroom, Two-Bath Floor Plan.

Everything a family on a budget needs is found in this smartly designed little house. There are three bedrooms with ample closet space. The primary bedroom has an ensuite bath, while the two guest bedrooms share a second full-sized bath. The kitchen is situated next to the rear entry/laundry room. Note the entryway closet and breakfast bar.

Gemini: 32' Diameter Double Domed, 1149 SF, Three-Bedroom, Two-Bath Floor Plan.

The closets in this house are bigger than you would expect for a three-bedroom plan of this size. There’s a fun mix of private spaces and common areas. The ceilings in this house will be quite tall, making it possible to add lots of upper cabinet storage in the kitchen and above the laundry. A pantry could be added if the side entrance door was removed and the window expanded to a sliding glass window/door. That would also have the added benefit of increased sunshine in the kitchen.

Janus: 40' Diameter, 1,256 SF, Three-Bedroom, Two-Bath Floor Plan.

This floor plan is optimized for togetherness. The great room features a big kitchen and plenty of space for the family to spread out. The guest bedrooms share a full-sized bath, while the primary bedroom has an ensuite bath and a large closet. It might improve the open feel of this floor plan if the refrigerator was moved from the center of the great room to the opposite wall.

Janus: 40' Diameter, 1,256 SF, Three-Bedroom, One-Bath Floor Plan.

This floor plan would suit a very specific homeowner. The family for this home would need to value symmetry over a dining room and a second bath. However, the wall between the living room and kitchen could be removed to open up the space and make room for a table.

Janus: 40' Diameter, 1256 SF, Three-Bedroom, One Bath Floor Plan.

This plan takes the adage, “The kitchen is the heart of the home,” seriously. There are four extra closets, one of which could be turned into a half-bath. Overall, this plan makes a lot of sense and could be the perfect place to start a family.

Janus: 40' Diameter, 1,256 SF, Three-Bedroom, One-Bath Floor Plan.

This Janus floor plan has a layout allowing almost no wasted space. The side entrance into the kitchen is next to two extra closets (one of which could perhaps be converted to a laundry space) and has easy access to the primary bedroom’s bathroom. There is also space for a hall tree to the right of the same side entrance. The two guest bedrooms have ample closets and room for small desks. Note that the closet in the primary bedroom could be easily expanded.

Gemini: 34' Diameter Double Domed, 1,275 SF, Three-Bedroom, Two-Bath Floor Plan.

This plan provides ample space for every essential element. The eat-in kitchen is gaining popularity again, and the breakfast bar connects the chef to the rest of the family. The counters could be extended to the dome wall if the window/door into the kitchen was moved a bit to the left and replaced with sliding patio doors. The centrally located laundry is convenient, and all the bedrooms have nice-sized closets. There is space above the guest rooms and bathrooms for an attic for added storage.

Janus: 43' Diameter, 1,391 SF, Three-Bedroom, One-Bath Floor Plan.

A symmetrical plan for that family who doesn’t need a dining room. The utility closet and entryway closet spaces could be eliminated to allow room for a dining table.

Orion: Two 30.5' Diameter Domes, 1,415 SF, Three-Bedroom, Two-Bath Floor Plan.

This house (built on a stem wall) nicely separates the primary and guest bedrooms. The primary suite features a big ensuite bath with a garden tub and linen closet and has space to expand the closet. The centrally located kitchen is attractive, as is the mudroom/laundry, linen closets, pantry and formal entrance with coat closet.

Modest Three-Bedroom Plans

Plans for homes 1,500–1,800 square feet | Back to top ↩︎

Gemini: A 35' Diameter Double Dome, 1,882 SF, Three-Bedroom, Two-Bath Floor Plan.

This double-domed house has a nice big kitchen and a built-in garage. The primary bedroom has a large closet, a roomy bathroom, and space for a desk. The two guest rooms share a Jack-and-Jill bath. Switching the stove and sink placement and adding a window over the sink might be nice.

Gemini: Two Interconnected 32' Diameter Domes, 1,557 SF, Three-Bedroom, Two-Bath Floor Plan.

One side is for sleeping, and one side is for living! This double dome divides the space between night and day. The laundry room is a highlight because of its storage space, while the roomy kitchen is certainly the star of this show. This plan is well thought out, with extra closet space and a centrally located guest bath.

Triton: Three 28' Diameter Domed, 1,587 SF, Three-Bedroom, Two-Bath Floor Plan.

The primary bedroom suite for this home is enough to make any homeowner happy, but if that’s not enough to make you fall in love, the large pantry should do the trick. The side entrance into a laundry/mud room is worth noting.

Miranda: 45' Diameter, 1,590 SF, Three-Bedroom, Two-Bath Floor Plan.

There is a good separation between the primary bedroom and the guest bedrooms in this floor plan. The two guest bedrooms are equally sized, and both have nice closets. The great room includes a large kitchen with tons of cupboard space, dining and living areas, and a handy entry closet. The primary bedroom could easily support a double sink with its garden tub and shower, and the closet is nice and big. The bank of windows in the great room will make this house cheerful and bright.

Miranda: A 45' Diameter, 1,590 SF, Three-Bedrooms, Two-Baths Floor Plan.

A simple but efficient layout. The rear mudroom/laundry room entrance is a big bonus, as is the large bathroom (that could easily accommodate a tub/shower) shared by the two guest bedrooms. This open floor plan is what everyone is looking for these days. Note the built-in pantry and space to add closets or cupboards to either side of the living room.

Orion: A 47' Diameter, 1,590 SF, Three-Bedrooms, Two Baths Floor Plan.

In this plan, two little bedrooms with nice-sized closets share a full bath with a linen closet. The galley kitchen is bigger than it looks but could be made larger by using some of the space allotted for the study. Eliminating part of the study would allow for a convenient storage/coat closet off the entry.

Hyperion: A 30' Triple Domed, 1,611 SF, Three-Bedroom, Two-Bath Floor Plan.

The central dome/great room in this house is nice and big. You may notice there is no laundry room, but one could easily be added to the primary bedroom suite or space for a stackable unit could be situated off the kitchen. All three bedrooms have big closets, and the formal entryway is a plus. Note the potential natural light the big bank of windows in the living area would facilitate.

Triton: A 32' Diameter Triple Domed, 1,619 SF, Three-Bedroom, Two-Bath Floor Plan.

This is the perfect starter or retirement home. The kitchen has lots of upper cupboard space and a huge pantry. The rear entrance/mud room/ laundry room is super convenient. The formal foyer and big closets are also highlights. A clever design element is the Jack-and-Jill bathroom, which has an entrance in the hallway for guest use. This plan might be improved by moving the entrance to the space between the dining room and living area, replacing it with a bank of windows and removing the curved wall inside the living area.

Gemini: A 40' and 24' Diameter Double Dome, 1,686 SF, Three-Bedroom, Two-Bath Floor Plan.

An oasis just for parents is built into this Gemini floor plan. A 24’-diameter dome is dedicated to the primary suite, with lots of closet space and a big ensuite bath. The two guest bedrooms have nice-sized closets and share a full bath. The kitchen shines with lots of cupboard space, a peninsula and a pantry! Note the oversized laundry/mud room.

Gemini: A Two 36' Diameter Double Dome, 1,812 SF, Three-Bedroom, Two-Bath Floor Plan.

This is a floor plan with lots of conventionally shaped spaces. The galley kitchen has plenty of cupboard space and a big pantry. The primary bedroom has a clever bathroom ensuite and a big closet. The office is a sweet addition, especially with its closet. A highlight of this plan is the side entrance into a large laundry/mud room with quick access to a full-sized bath. Note the smart placement of the entrance door/window and bank of windows in the great room. The area in the middle is perfect for an entertainment center. The room will be flooded with natural light, but you won’t have to deal with direct sunlight while enjoying an afternoon movie.

Gemini: A 32' and 40' Double Domed, 1,833 SF, Three-Bedrooms, Two-Baths.

This house may only have 1,833 square feet, but it will feel much bigger. The 32’ diameter dome makes a large great room. The island in the kitchen could be extended for more counter space. The primary bedroom is roomy, has a sitting area, and a nice big closet. The big closet off the entry will come in handy. The entrance to the home is enhanced by being able to see all the way through the great room and out to the backyard through the large bank of windows!

Roomy Three-Bedroom Plans

Plans for homes 1,900–2,100 square feet | Back to top ↩︎

Callisto: A 50' Diameter, 1,964 SF, Three-Bedroom, Two-Bath Floor Plan.

The two guest bedrooms are very small in this Callisto. For a family with young children, the bedrooms may be roomy enough—especially if loft beds are constructed, allowing for a small desk and/or cupboards to be underneath. The grownups of the house will relish the den and sitting room—especially if someone works from home or has a lot of hobbies. This plan calls for built-in cupboards lining the hallway. This storage space reduces the need for big closets in the bedrooms. The primary bedroom suite benefits from a walk-in closet, a built-in makeup vanity, and room for a huge custom shower or a tub and shower, as pictured.

Callisto: A 50' Diameter, 1,964 SF, Three-Bedroom, Three-Bath Floor Plan.

This Callisto is built on stilts and a platform with parking underneath. It has a central elevator and three bathrooms! This is an efficient plan, but each room has plenty of space. The laundry room should be big enough to double as a pantry. The kitchen might be improved by moving the sink and dishwasher under the window and moving that entrance to the living area. Note the primary and the adjacent guest bedroom each have their own exits to the deck.

Callisto: 50' Diameter, 1,964 SF, Three-Bedroom, Two-Bath Floor Plan.

There’s a lot to like about this three-bedroom house. All three bedrooms have big closets and access to two full-sized bathrooms. The oversized closet across from the bathrooms could possibly be converted to house a washer and dryer. Alternatively, a small laundry room could be added opposite the primary bedrooms by stealing a little space from the dining room and office. The kitchen could easily have a passthrough to the living room, and/or the sink could be moved to the dome wall and a window added to the shell.

Callisto: An50' Diameter, 1,964 SF, Three-Bedroom, Three-Bath Floor Plan.

The two guest bedrooms are small, but the closets are nice and big. The primary bedroom has a double sink in the ensuite bath and a good-sized closet. Other highlights are the big closet in the hall outside the second bath, the two closets in the great room off the entry, and the big laundry room. This plan would be improved by removing the powder room in the middle of the house and expanding the tiny kitchen. The powder room breaks up the space and creates extra “hallways” around it. Most folks would prefer to have the extra room in the kitchen and more usable space in general.

Callisto: A 50' Diameter, 1,964 SF, Three-Bedroom, Three-Bath Floor Plan.

There is a lot to love about this floor plan. The big eat-in kitchen with a built-in desk is one thing. The side entrance into a utility/mud room is another. The primary bedroom is also attractive with the double sink vanity in the ensuite bath, a computer desk, his and her closets and a private sitting room. Note the handy entry closet.

Triton: A 32' Diameter Triple Domed, 1,970 SF, Three-Bedroom, Two-Bath Floor Plan.

Can a home with under 2,000 square feet be luxurious? Yes! The primary bedroom suite includes a large walk-in shower, a free-standing tub, a dry sauna and two big closets. The two guest bedrooms share a large bathroom with a laundry space that could easily be split. The great room with big windows looking out over the deck is a showstopper. Two bedrooms have private exits to the deck, and one has a door leading out front. The mudroom entrance is nice, as is the formal entry.

Partial Torus: 68' Diameter, 1,986 SF, Three-Bedroom, Two Bath Floor Plan.

How fun would this house be built around a pool or courtyard? The primary bedroom has an ensuite with a garden tub and shower and access to its own private patio. The three built-in cupboards in the living room add tons of storage space to the home. Both guest bedrooms have good closet space. Note the second bath and laundry room are both roomy. The kitchen could be extended along the dome wall for more counter and cupboard space.

Janus: Main floor of a 44' Diameter, 2,058 SF, Three-Bedroom, Two Bath Floor Plan.

The main floor of this Janus dome house has a great room, two guest bedrooms, a bathroom and a large utility room. Cupboards could be added off the entryway, and the area could be expanded under the stairs for extra storage. The living area could easily accommodate a dining table beside the utility room.

Janus: Upper floor of a 44' Diameter, 2,058 SF, Three-Bedroom, Two Bath Floor Plan.

This Janus dome home plan’s top floor is devoted to a generous primary suite. The large bedroom has a private balcony, plenty of room for a sitting area, a giant closet, and a nice bathroom with a double sink.

Hyperion: 28', 37' and 28' Diameter Domes, 2,170 SF, Three-Bedrooms, Two Baths Floor Plan.

Simple and spacious describe this Hyperion. The primary suite is very private—located in its own wing of the house. The ensuite bath could easily accommodate a standalone tube and custom shower. The two guest bedrooms share a cleverly designed Jack-and-Jill bathroom that opens to the living area for visitors’ easy access. A view of the backyard will greet those entering through the front door. Adding a door to the laundry room off the entrance might be nice.

Janus: Main Floor of a 45' Diameter, 2,185 SF, Three-Bedroom, Two-Bath Floor Plan.

This home has a very midcentury vibe. It’s practically screaming for wood-paneled walls and floor-to-ceiling windows. The symmetry of the two guest bedrooms on the main floor is inviting, but the selling point of the floor plan may be the interior library.

Janus: Upper Floor of a 45' Diameter, 2,185 SF, Three-Bedroom, Two-Bath Floor Plan.

The primary bedroom is above the library and is accessed by a curved staircase open to the main floor. This would be a gorgeous room with lots of light because of the access to two decks on either side of the room. His and her closets, the private water closet and additional storage space are bonuses.

Larger Three-Bedroom Plans

Plans for homes 2,200–2,900 square feet | Back to top ↩︎

Miranda: Main Floor of a 46' Diameter, 2,273 SF, Three-Bedroom, Two-Bath Floor Plan.

This three-bedroom home has lots of enviable closets and storage space. It also boasts a fountain or fireplace in the great room! The living room will be nice and sunny because of the giant wall of windows. Both bedrooms on this level have nice closets, but the second bedroom’s closet could be doubled in size by removing its private door to the bathroom.

Miranda: Second Floor of a 46' Diameter, 2,273 SF, Three-Bedroom, Two-Bath Floor Plan.

The primary bedroom suite is the focus of the second floor of this Miranda Monolithic Dome home floor plan. The attached study makes this the ideal owner’s private getaway.

Torus: A 66' Diameter, 2,355 SF, Three-Bedrooms, Two and a Half-Bath Floor Plan.

This is an elegant and stylish floorplan any homeowner would love. Built around a central fountain, it takes indoor/outdoor living to the next level. The game room could be a den or art studio. The two guest bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. There is a powder room just off the back entrance. The kitchen has glamour and a big pantry. Adding a passthrough from the kitchen to the outdoor dining area could be fun.

Orion: Main Floor of a 43' Diameter, 2,383 SF, Three-Bedroom, Two-and-a half-Bath Floor Plan.

This home is designed for those longing for the “good ole days” when a formal dining room was considered essential. The kitchen’s listed square footage is deceiving, though. It counts the area from the edge of the stairs to the outer wall. For that much square footage, there is very little counter space. It would make sense to add counters and lower cupboards along the outer wall from the pantry to the side entrance or extend the counter from the sink to the outer wall.

Orion: Upper Floor of a 43' Diameter, 2,383 SF, Three-Bedroom, Two-and-a-half-Bath Floor Plan.

The upper floor of this Orion floor plan has a large multi-use storage room, two guest bedrooms and one shared bathroom. The storage room calls for a closet, but moving it to the back of the second bedroom would be better. The closet in the first bedroom could then extend the full length of the wall.

Triton: A 32' Diameter Triple Domed, 2,400 SF, Three-Bedroom, Two-Bath Floor Plan.

This house is all-in on living in the round. All that’s missing is the perfect curved sofa sectional. The clever placement of the second full bathroom makes it accessible to the living area and game room. The homeowner will love the extra closet space, wet bar and unique lines of this design.

Triton: A 35' Diameter Triple Domed, 2,405 SF, Three-Bedroom, Two-Bath Floor Plan.

This would be a great home for a family with small children, or grandparents hoping for sleepovers! The kitchen could be expanded for more counter space if you don’t need a dining room AND a breakfast nook. The wow factor is found in the primary bedroom suite, which has room for two desks, a sitting area, a private water closet, a makeup vanity, a linen cupboard, a garden tub and a big closet.

Orion: Main Floor of a 46' diameter, 2,512 SF, Three-Bedroom, Three-Bath Floor Plan.

Each room in this plan flows naturally into the next. The homeowner who values a private primary bedroom will enjoy the secluded entrance off the office. Another highlight of the main floor of this two-level home is the large, centrally located laundry room. This home also features large closets, a pantry and a convenient coat closet off the side entrance.

Orion: Upper Floor of a 46' diameter, 2,512 SF, Three-Bedroom, Three Bath Floor Plan.

It would be easy to enlarge the bedroom and studio on this upper floor and still have plenty of room for a double door out to a deck. Or, leaving it as is would allow for a fun sitting room loft!

Triton: 30', 40' and 32' Diameter Domes, 2,600 SF, Three-Bedroom, Two-Bath Floor Plan.

This house has a dramatic entrance. The utility room and storage closets off the rear entrance are amazing—as are the huge kitchen and cozy TV room. The layout of this home’s bedrooms is a little unconventional because one of the guest bedrooms shares a closet and bathroom with the primary bedroom. However, this would be ideal for a couple who prefers not to sleep in the same room or who needs a large den with a pullout couch.

Orion: A 60' diameter, 2,827 SF, Three-Bedroom, Two and a Half-Bath Floor Plan.

Mid-century vibes, anyone? The central rock garden, formal entry with two closets, and the vast kitchen/pantry/laundry space are the highlights of this luxury floor plan. An innovative idea is the Jack-and-Jill bathroom which gives each guest bedroom its own vanity and toilet. Note the ceilings of this home would be about 20’ tall over the rock garden.

Hyperion: A 32', 40' and 32' Diameter Triple Domed, Three-Bedroom, Two and a Half-Bath Floor Plan.

This home has a grand entrance with beautiful overhead curves. The great room is enormous and well thought out. The conveniently attached garage entrance is off the dining room and powder room. Note the nice kitchen pantry and full-sized guest bath. The primary bedroom has his and her closets and a large vanity with double sinks.

Triton: A 30' Diameter Garage and Two 38' Diameter Domes, 2,883 SF, Three Bedroom, Two-Bath Floor Plan.

If you crave lots of common space for your family, this home is for you. The two-car garage enters into a convenient mudroom/laundry. Adding a sink there for washing hands before entering the house would be simple. All three bedrooms have ample closet space. The layout of the primary bedroom allows for dramatic curving lines over the room and boasts his and her closets as well as a big ensuite bath with double sinks, a full-sized tub and a custom shower.

Triton: A 30', 24' and 50' Diameter Dome, Three-Bedroom, Two Bath, Garage Floor Plan.

The genius of this plan is the 24’ diameter “hub” between the garage and the main house. This hub is a minimalist’s dream. Imagine all the messy stuff—everything from seasonal decor to hockey uniforms–wrangled in one place. It would make keeping the living areas clean a breeze. Other highlights include the big kitchen with a pantry and the clever bathrooms, each with extra storage. Consider removing the wall between the kitchen and living room to free up even more space!

Rigel: Main Floor of 52' Diameter, 2,924 SF, Three-Bedroom, Two-Bath Floor Plan.

The grand staircase takes center stage here. Highlights of the main floor of this Rigel dome home are the private sitting area and rock garden, the expansive kitchen and pantry, and the separate entrance with access to the laundry room. Some might consider expanding the laundry room into the hallway to eliminate unused space—others may want the extra wall space for family photos! Both guest rooms have a fair amount of closet space and access to a full-sized bath.

Rigel: Upper Floor of 52' Diameter, 2,924 SF, Three-Bedroom, Two-Bath Floor Plan.

The layout of this upper floor is well thought out. By using the outer areas for storage space, the primary bedroom suite is neatly “squared up.” The garden tub, custom shower and double sink in the ensuite bath and the built-in dog beds and walk-in closet are attractive. Perhaps the star of this show is the private balcony, but most homeowners will equally enjoy the copious amount of storage space!

Spacious Three-Bedroom Plans

Plans for homes over 3,000 square feet | Back to top ↩︎

Gemini: The Main Floor of a 45' and 40' Diameter Double Dome, 1,686 SF, Three-Bedroom, Two-Bath Floor Plan.

The main floor of this plan benefits from the shape of the structure. It will naturally create a gorgeous double arch between the living and kitchen/dining areas. The formal entry off the living area with access to a storage closet is a plus. Another highlight is the dining room, with French doors leading out to the patio. The primary bedroom has an ensuite with a garden tub, a bidet, and a large walk-in closet. If homeowners don’t need a bathtub on the main floor, there is plenty of space for a huge custom shower.

Gemini: The Upper Floor of a 45' and 40' Diameter Double Dome, 1,686 SF, Three-Bedroom, Two-Bath Floor Plan.

Simple, but perfect—This home’s upper floor has two bedrooms and a Jack-and-Jill bath.

Triton: Main Floor of a 36', 24' and 50' Domed, Three Bedroom, Two-Bath with Garage Floor Plan.

The extra large two-car garage has tons of room for all the outdoor accouterments like the lawn mower and athletic equipment. The guest bedrooms are small but would be perfect for visiting grandkids, or loft beds could be installed with cupboards and desks constructed underneath. The primary bedroom has lots of closet space and plenty of room for a double sink vanity.

Triton: Main Floor of a 36', 24' and 50' Domed, Three Bedroom, Two-Bath with Garage Floor Plan.

The upper floor for this Triton Monolithic Dome home floor plan is a simple loft. This is the perfect place for a big comfy couch and the TV.

Rigel: Main Floor of a 56' Diameter, 3,217 SF, Three-Bedroom, Two-Bath Floor Plan.

Look at all the windows! This cheerful floor plan would make any homeowner smile. The primary bedroom has a linen cupboard, a large closet, and a full-sized ensuite bath. The pantry, office and large laundry room are nice extras. Note: The room labeled as an office has a closet—making it suitable to use as a third bedroom.

Rigel: Upper Floor of a 56' Diameter, 3,217 SF, Three-Bedroom, Two-Bath Floor Plan.

The loft space of this Rigel floor plan could be the coolest guest bedroom ever, or a fun hangout space for the family.

Prolate: Main Floor of a 58'x48' Diameter, 3,386 SF, Three Bedroom, Two-Bath Floor Plan.

Attention dog lovers and gardeners! The mud room in this floor plan already calls for a dog shower; add in a drainboard sink, cupboards and a stackable washer/dryer and no one could resist. The garden/sunroom is a showstopper. The formal layout of the rest of the main floor could be made more casual by removing the wall between the kitchen and dining room. The two guest rooms share a large bathroom with a garden tub and a private water closet.

Prolate: Upper Floor of a 58'x48' Diameter, 3,386 SF, Three-Bedroom, Two-Bath Floor Plan.

Walking into this home would be like entering a sunlit Mediterranean courtyard. From the formal foyer, you would see through the interior courtyard (illuminated by the overhead skylight) to the sunken garden and beyond to the backyard. Moving the laundry to the storage area off the garden might be nice to give the kitchen more elbow room. The primary bedroom will be the homeowners’ retreat with its expansive closet and ensuite bath.

Rigel: Upper Floor of a 53' Diameter, 3,506 SF, Four Bedroom, Two Bath Floor Plan.

Three small guest bedrooms—all with large closets—share a full bath on this upper floor of a Rigel Monolithic Dome Home.

Atlas: A 68' Diameter, 3,631 SF, Three-Bedroom, Three and a Half-Bath Floor Plan.

Every bedroom in this large home has its own ensuite bath and walk-in closet. The primary bedroom boasts double sinks and a private water closet with bidet. The ceilings of this dome home will be cathedral-like. The great room is designed to have a fountain and rock garden. The kitchen, pantry and laundry are tucked away and out of sight. Prospective homeowners will love the secluded library, the wet bar and the gaming area.

Atlas: Main Floor of a 60' Diameter, 3,905 SF, Three-Bedroom, Two-Bath Floor Plan.

For the family who has everything and needs space to store it! This floor plan is flush with storage. This is a floor plan for those out there who want vertical, sheetrock walls instead of dome walls in their living areas. This is an extra safe and energy-efficient floor plan because of the lack of windows on the first floor. The doorways and overhead skylight will provide plenty of sunlight. The two guest rooms have private entrances. The dining room enjoys a bank of windows and exits to the patio or backyard.

Atlas: Upper Floor of a 60' Diameter, 3,905 SF, Three-Bedroom, Two-Bath Floor Plan.

The upper level of this Atlas floor plan is mostly open to the courtyard below. A primary bedroom with an ensuite bath and sitting room is located here, along with extra storage, an art studio and a private balcony.

Hyperion: A 36', 46' and 36' Diameter Domed, 4,000 SF, Three-Bedrooms, Two and a Half-Bath Floor Plan.

The oversized two-car garage in this home has enough room to store just about everything. Throw your dirty workout clothes in the wash on your way inside and quickly stop at the conveniently located powder room before entering the great room. The home has a massive kitchen and roomy common areas. The two guest rooms are smaller than you might expect for a house this size, but each could have a private entrance. The primary bedroom has a big closet, a garden tub, a vanity with double sinks, a shower and a private covered patio.

Multi-Dome: Main Floor of 62', 32', 36' and 46' Diameter Domed, 7,013 SF, Three-Bedroom, Two-Bath Floor Plan.

This huge home has it all. The giant garage should seal the deal if the massive game room and indoor pool aren’t enough. The great room is designed for gatherings large and small. This first level has many extra storage spaces, two big bedrooms or offices, and a bathroom with a small shower that could easily be expanded.

Multi-Dome: Second Floor of 62', 32', 36' and 46' Diameter Domed, 7,013 SF, Three-Bedrooms, Two-Bath Floor Plan.

This might be the ultimate primary bedroom suite. Not only does it have a library, a walk-in closet and an ensuite bath, but it also has its own walking track!
